'Lad's done well.' Or at least that's what I thought before living with her for almost 3 years. Still pretty chuffed though! - James Mercy, Groom

Good point: He is an amazing cook. Bad point: He knows he is an amazing cook. But he's my favourite person in the world! - Lucy Dwyer, Bride

Meet the Parents

The fantastic four! We have a huge amount of love for our own parents and also each other's. They're always there for us, through good and bad, and we feel very lucky. Just be warned: when they come together, the drink can start flowing! - Lucy and James

Maid of Honour and Best Man

We can't wait for this pair to be such key players in our wedding day.

Maid of Honour
Since we've been little, Ame and I have always been close and share exactly the same sense of humour, even when we (occasionally) argue... although, thankfully, this is one day when we can't steal each other's clothes! I can't imagine a better sister, friend or Maid of Honour than Ame. I'd be lost without her and I can't wait to have her by side on my wedding day.

Best Man
This guy! I'm wary to say too much as I don't want to goad him prior to his best man's speech. A good friend who I can discuss anything with and can drink a Guinness alongside - plus I have to be nice to him because he has access to my work bank account (as do I to yours Joe, just as a heads up pre-speech) - James Mercy, Groom

Bridesmaids

These girls are the best friends on the planet and have given me more laughter, fun and support than I could ever have imagined. They know everything about me, and I know that they'll keep me calm, on time (!) and fully equipped with drinks throughout my wedding day - Lucy Dwyer, Bride

Groomsmen
(in alphabetical order)

These reprobates have all individually put themselves out or been there when needed many times and I hope always will. What better way to thank them, than make them wear what I tell them and get them to help out at my wedding when they could be drinking x - James Mercy, Groom
